Falling Into Formation draws inspiration from the tradition and history of the RCMP and the shared training all officers must undertake when they join the force. From sparse to abundant, chaotic to ordered, a crescendo of dichroic glass fins captures ideas of transformation and collectivity to create an ephemeral composition of light and colour within the sunlit stairwell volume of the new building.
